5How much coding and programming is needed to create a campaign in TargetEveryOne?
None at All! TargetEveryOne has a simple and user friendly campaign creation editor in which you have to just drag n drop the widgets you need in your campaign. Add the widgets, configure them and hit the publish button and you are done!
6Is there any TargetEveryOne mobile app also available?
Yes, we do provide branded native iOS and Android apps to our customers but this service is provided only on demand and not on a generic basis. Any customer who needs a customized app developed for his business can contact us and we will create one for him.
7Is TEO website compatible with some specific browsers?
Other than Microsoft’s IE, TEO works brilliantly in all the browsers and operating systems. No matter if it’s Windows, Linux or Apple MAC.
8Can I change my profile details after creating the account?
Yes sure. You can change the following three fields of your profile (Name / Company Name / Mobile number) at the “Settings” page by editing the “Personal information” section.
9Is there no way to use a campaign again which has already expired?
Yes you can use the same campaign again even when it crosses its expiry date and is watermarked by using the “Make Copy” button on the My Campaigns page. This will create a duplicate campaign from the same campaign with all the widgets you have saved earlier. You can edit them if you need to or use it as it is, your choice, and then distribute it again by following the same process you followed by removing the watermark.
10Can I demand Custom widgets for my account?
Yes you can. If you have suggestions and ideas for adding new widgets which will further enhance the efficiency and user friendliness of TEO as well as leverage your own business needs and then do get in touch with our support team at support@targeteveryone.com. We will try our best to implement those suggestions which would be feasible and innovative.

4What happens if I use more than what is included in my subscription?

5Does my included usage roll over to the next month?
No, included usage does not add up or roll over to the next month.
6When I pay for extra usage, will my credit roll over to the next month?
Yes of course. Your credit is still valid next month. Please see Terms of Service for details on credit validity and return policy.
7I need more Contacts than the 20,000 limit?
No problem, you can increase the number of your contact pool for a small fee per contact. No extra monthly charges.
8I am using the free plan and want to send out emails. Why can I not pay-as-I-go for usage?
To be honest Mailchimp or other free email solutions are better to use for this.
9Can we get even better prices and extra options for larger volumes?

1What is a widget?
It’s a small application which can be executed and installed in a web page to do certain tasks useful for the end user. A Widget is a control that you simply drag and drop onto your page. You can then configure the widget settings to fit your needs. Targeteveryone has a huge portfolio of widgets to design your campaigns.
2Can I edit an already created campaign or are they made for one time distribution only?
Yes, you can edit an already created campaign to change and edit the widgets as many times you want to.
3Why is there a watermark on each and every campaign?
Watermark signifies that the campaign is in locked status and even if you distribute it through SMS or email or on social network sites, your audience won’t be able to use it with the watermark masking on. The moment you remove the watermark, the campaign becomes accessible with all the widgets you added to it. We deduct your campaign credits only when you remove the watermark from a campaign. You can make as many campaigns you want in your account even if you are subscribed to the FREE plan without worrying about your available campaign credits until you remove the watermark.
4How can I remove watermark from a campaign?
Here are the steps to follow for removing watermark from a campaign: At the My Campaigns page, click on the “Remove Watermark” link given alongside the campaign QR code Select a Start Date and End Date (Expiry Date) within which the watermark will not be visible Enter your company name or any other text you need to show as watermark once the campaign expires after the set end date Click on the Save button and you are done!

1What tools does TargetEveryOne provides to store and administrate bulk contacts?
The Contacts module in TargetEveryOne is the central place where you save, store and manage your contacts, no matter if they are in 100s or millions.
2Can I add my bulk contacts in TargetEveryOne in a single go? Or do I have to add them manually one by one?
TargetEveryOne has an import contacts feature through which you can upload millions of contacts in a single go by storing them in an excel sheet and then uploading it directly to the CMS. On the other hand we have the option for adding them manually too if you have few contacts to add along with all the details, even the contact’s image also.
3Why is there a watermark on each and every campaign?Can I import contacts from my email accounts too in CMS?
Yes you can import your contacts from Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail in CMS directly. You have the option to import all of them together or select the ones you need.

1In how many different ways can I distribute my campaign?
You have multiple mediums in TargetEveryOne at your disposal to share and distribute your designed campaigns. SMS/Email/Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn and QR codes are the major mediums of distribution we are providing right now. Very soon Whatsapp will also be integrated in this list.
2Is there any limit to the number of contacts I can distribute my campaign to?
No, there is no limit to the number of contacts you can dole out your campaigns to. It all depends upon which plan you are subscribed to as each plan comes with its own package of CRM contacts you can manage. Plus the second factor is the SMS credits you have in your account to send campaigns to all those contacts.
3Can I share my campaigns with my Facebook and Twitter friends?
Yes you can share any campaign you choose on your Facebook & Twitter profiles by simply adding some text and with or without images. You can even share a campaign on your friend’s timeline or your personal fan page too.
4How would QR codes assist in my campaign promotion and advertisements?
QR codes are one of the most innovative and emerging medium of promotion and advertisement nowadays. TargetEveryOne has a very interactive and user friendly QR code creation interface where you can not only create QR codes for your campaigns but also of numerous other types. Here are the steps you can follow to add Google analytics for a campaign:
  • Click on your username visible at the top right hand side of all the pages
  • Click on “Settings” option
  • Scroll down to the “Google Analytics” section at the bottom
  • Choose the campaign from the drop down list and enter the Google analytics code and click on Save button
2Can I view my campaign statistics in TargetEveryOne?
Sure, why not, the dashboard module is the place where you should be, to get all the statistics related to your campaigns and to gauge their individual performances over a period of time. You can analyze all the details such as who viewed your campaigns, which devices they were delivered to, whether they were actually viewed or not, how many of your SMS were delivered and how many failed. All this info is assembled on your screen with simple drag and drop widgets inside your dashboard area.
